  • Hi @lazandsue!

    I understand that at the bottom of every page on your website you are seeing the following below:

    β€œ( Visited x times, x visits today ) ”

    For us to better assist you can you kindly provide us with a link to your site or a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end? I recommend https://snipboard.io/ for easily sharing screenshots.

    It may also be that another plugin may be causing this, I recommend going through your list of plugins and disabling them one at a time until you no longer see a message.

    Looking forward to your reply and the results of your testing!

    Hi @dlma! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I looked at the settings in the WooCommerce Tax tab and it shows β€œExcluding Tax” on the dropdowns for displaying prices in the shop and for displaying prices at checkout. But, the dropdown is grayed out and I cannot change it.

    This is a normal behavior as you are using Enable automated taxes. The built-in WooCommerce tax settings are then overridden by WooCommer Shipping and Tax and so it will default to you having to enter prices excluding tax.

    Here is more information on this:

    Hi litehomedirect,

    Thank you for reaching out. Can you go ahead and try the steps mentioned above to troubleshoot this?

    The best way to determine if a theme and/or plugin is causing the issue is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to the [Storefront](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/) or Twenty Twenty theme.
    2. Try to reproduce the problem: by trying to add a product to your cart again. If the issue is resolved, it is a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next step.
    3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
    4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the issue is resolved, it is a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
    5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
    Please let us know how that goes.`

    Looking forward to the results of your troubleshooting!

    Hi again!

    Thanks for your reply!πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

    Sure thing –

    Checkout URL: https://yourfriendcleo.com/checkout/

    Please try and use the snippet here:

    /* Expand Credit Card Field for mobile / 4698725-zen EF */

    @media screen and (max-width: 768px){
    .woocommerce #payment div.payment_method_square_credit_card .wc-square-credit-card-hosted-field-card-number {
        padding-right: 0px;
        background-image: none!important;
    }
    }

    If pasting it in Appearance > Customise > Additional CSS does not work you can alternatively try using this third-party plugin to add the code snippet:

    I think this will be able to fix the issue, do let us know if this works out for you! Feel free to reach out with further questions or concerns.

    Hi @machine1!

    Thank you for contacting us!

    I am getting this error message when updating a product.

    Facebook for WooCommerce error: (#2) Service temporarily unavailable

    Could you try clearing your browser cache or your server cache and trying again?

    If this doesn’t work please let us know.

    Also, can you share with us your current System Status Report? You can get it by following the steps below:

    1. Navigate to the WooCommerce > Status section of your site.
    2. Once there, click on the “Get system report” button
    3. Copy it by clicking on the “Copy for support” button.
    4. Then paste it into your response.

    Were there any major changes done to your site before receiving this error message? Also, are you using any other plugins related to Facebook?

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi @motorcycledressup πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

    When products are synced the titles have characters like β€œ&” encoded improperly once they arrive in the Facebook store.

    This is unfortunate you are experiencing this. Can you kindly share the following:

    • URL of the product on your WooCommerce Store
    • URL of the same product that is on Facebook store
    • We’d like to try to replicate the issue on our own site to help with troubleshooting.

      Something else that might help is to rule out a plugin or theme conflict. Can you disable all the plugins aside from WooCommerce extensions and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront and see if the issue persists?

      If doing this on your live site is not possible, can you create a duplicate site? We suggest using WP Staging if your hosting provider does not offer a staging server as an option.

      Looking forward to your reply. Feel free to get back to us in case you have any additional questions!

    Hi @weibin0227πŸ‘‹πŸΌ

    Thanks for testing that!

    Do let us know how the test goes! If the issue does still persist after downgrading, please do provide us with your System Status Report in your next response so that we can look into that deeper.

    Feel free to get back to us in case you have any additional questions!
