I’d be interested too. I’d say for your default redirect just point people to your mysite.com and then do as you suggested and point the three countries to the /de directory.. Luckily its only 3 countries you’re having to set up. Ideally it would be great to have the ability to link blocks of countries to certain redirects such as europe/US/asia pacific etc..
