@arlittle We did institute the temporary fix mentioned here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/502-issue-on-admin-settings-page/#post-14003162. I was not the one who made the change server side, but once we changed the version number referenced in the help docs, we were able access the plugin settings. Hope this helps.
Does this mean that the development of this plugin is no longer active, and you’re no longer supporting this plugin? We’re having an issue with https://{domain}/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=pardot loading in WP version 5.5.1. I see that the plugin isn’t listed as supporting that version of WP, and more or less trying to gauge what path we should take or what our next steps might be.
