answer: yes, you can, but you can not move forward. example: you can not move to 36.30

I want a video player that has a time control (progress bar/seek bar) that can’t seek forward but can be seek backwards. because I want my members to really pay attention to my videos. but when they feel there is a part of the video they don’t understand, they can seek backward to the part they don’t understand.
Hi i have the same problem too. i cannot edit course in backend nor frontend. when i hit save button/update course, nothing happens.
