I added personalized text and an image both appear in the sales log.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] checout tableI’d like to add that at this time WPeC is not designed to be responsive. We are working towards this in a future version.
You may try altering the width settings to use max-width instead of just width. or changing the width value to use % instead of rigid pixels.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Loading loop, and version update issues..It appears your old theme possibly has custom store templates in it that are not present when you switch to the default theme. This would be where it is most likely picking up the custom template code.
It also sounds as though your old theme may have script problems that conflict with the current version of WordPress or WPeC.
You should check if the theme has released any updates.
If the theme author has not updated the theme you may need to find a new theme that follows the WordPress guidelines for code standards.

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Error with checkoutThat appears to be happening on Paypals side of events. The empty cart page is a PayPal generated page.
I know PayPal has been pushing updates lately so that might have something to do with it.
I’d contact their support. Also be aware the first level of support you reach often doesn’t help much. You need to get to the business solutions support. You might try asking to be put in touch with business solutions.

I’ve visited the site was able to place an item in my cart and proceed to checkout.
I don’t receive the error you state I am able to see shipping rates and select one.
However I do get a notice that I need to select a shipping option. even though I did select one.
I assume it’s due to the odd way the theme has altered the checkout process. I would test this by switching to a default wordpress theme such as 2010 – 2014 then make sure you go to the SETTINGS > STORE > PRESENTATION page and click “FLUSH THEME CACHE”
If this step is missed it will still use templates from the wrong place.
Test your checkout process now. More than likely it should be resolved. I would suggest checking it the theme author has published an update to the theme.

I registered and placed a product in my cart and continued all the way up to where mijireh takes payment.
I don’t see any errors in the script console at all.
Have you tested with this “absolute privacy” plugin disabled? That would be where I would start. Maybe it’s causing trouble for specific users such as IE where the browser uses crazy security levels?

In reply to: [WP eCommerce] Variation Price won't change with optionsWhen using variations with price changes + / – The base price of the product needs to be set first prior to generating the variations.
For example.
1. Set up your variations in the Product > Variations menu
2. Create a new product or open a product that does not yet have variations configured
3. make sure the base product has a price set
4. select “Setup Variations” select the variations that you wish to use with this product.
5. Click Generate VariationsYou will now see all the variations with the price changes added based on the price of the base product.
To generate new variations uncheck the variations you currently have set up and click generate variations. (yes I know this is unintuitive sorry). This will remove the current variations.
Now select the new variations you want applied and click generate variations. The new variations will have your new pricing.

Test with only store plugins enabled and switch to a default wordpress theme such as 2010 – 2014. Clear the store theme cache before testing. This is found on the Store Presentation page.

1. click download tab.
2. click either “add existing files” or “upload new files”. For this I am clicking “upload new files”. A window will open to select your file to be uploaded.
4. Click “Publish” / “Update”I don’t see a “browse” button.
