P.S. I:
1) reinstalled WordPress, properly deleting wp-admin and wp-includes
2) cleared the cache
3) updated Flash
The media uploader works fine. It is when I try to save/post that I encounter these problems. Things work perfectly when I post without images.
I have discovered that I can post when I don’t include a photo (via upload or URL).
