The same theme as above (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uEkgX490E4)allows you to add your author photo which shows up in a small square at the top left of the home page (beside the title of your blog). Would you know how to make that image appear as a circle (like the blog post circles)?

The blog post bubbles I am talking about look like this:

My website shows only 10 bubbles per page. I would like to show all if possible.

Also, what is a child theme and how do I use it?
