It’s definitely in the 1.6.20 update as rolling back to 1.6.19 I see how that one is different.
Hi there. I’m having the same issue. It’s the .elementor img { max-width: 100%;} rule which is overriding the value set in the editor. This isn’t present before updating from 1.6.17

Are you moving a site from somewhere else to local?
Have you tried deleting your .htaccess file?

It would help someone if you could post the full .htaccess file contents. Are you getting any errors from Apache?

I am facing the same issue. On our end we get the [123-form-builder is] several times from one admin’s account.My screen displays [123-form-builder i{].
This is happening in every post editor.
