It seems to be completely up and running. I am not sure how it was originally set up, but everything is there and I can work with it.

In reply to: New hosting site not looking like old hosting siteI copied all of the folders into the new hosting site that were under the wp-content folder.
They are as follows:- flagallery
- gallery
- plugins
- themes
- uploads
In doing this, the dashboard is not broken. I am not able to see anything on the right side of the menu when I click on the different items.
What would cause this?
Thanks for your help in advance.

In reply to: New hosting site not looking like old hosting siteOk … I did exactly as you stated.
The plugins that are on the original are not on the new.
The theme that is being used on the original is not on the new.The media is not there as well.
I know I will have to copy some of the folders over using the FTP, but I am not sure of all of them that I need.
Thanks again for all of your help in advance.

In reply to: New hosting site not looking like old hosting siteI did find the back tool for both the MySQL database as well as the Home Directory.
It created a tar and a sql file.
For using the DUPLICATOR, you need to be able to see the dashboard on the original site, correct? It is totally messed up. So, I won’t be able to use that. Thanks though, for future reference.

In reply to: New hosting site not looking like old hosting siteI am using WordPress. I am having issues with the dashboard when I copy that entire folder over. The right side of the dashboard shows blank.
Also, I have changed the userid and password on the new hosting site.
Where would I need to change in files?I will copy over. If I have any issues, I will let you know.
Thanks for your input!!
