I am able to get my API working ONLY if I have no restrictions. Perhaps I am entering the info incorrectly on the Google API Console.
When I enter:
*.ecpmusic.cc/*
ecpmusic.cc/*
And select API Restriction for:
YouTube Data API v3
It does not work.
