Hi @creativemindsuk, does it at least appear on the media library? It may be that your File Size of the image is too big, as specified here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/30358737/php-file-upload-error-tmp-name-is-empty
@alexlii, we haven’t tried it on a multisite, but it shouldn’t affect. Which themes apart from twenty seventeen have you tried it? This plugin shows in the account section of woocommerce.
