Ok, So i also tried the “Codestyling Localization” plugin. Added my file. STILL NOTHING!! WTF is going on?!

thats the only line in custom tho, do i need something else?
never mind, they dont allow SMTP on 000webhost. .
ok, well i downloaded it and set it up the way i thought was good. but being as im using 000webhost, how do i make sure SMTP authentication is enabled for my server?
i set up my name and blah blah blah. username, pass, port, host. . but im not recieving the emails. .
