– Custom contact fields are still displayed in the reply email to the customer, even though no contact field has been configured.

Two other small things in that area:
G?ste: 2 Number of guests, in German Gäste (should be a problem with the “ä”Vielen Dank! Here I miss a name like “Familie Schmidt”
