For the ad, I’m not sure if it will give you the actual address, but you can right click on the ad, and copy link (or copy link address, depending on what browser you’re using) and get it that way hopefully.

Open up your index.php
Back up index.php by saving it as “index0.php”
Look inside the code where you see “——————————–” and delete every instance of it.
Save it as index.php, and test it.
If it breaks your layout, then open up “index0.php” and save it as “index.php”, although I don’t think it should break your layout.

The layouts look a bit generic, and the colors are a bit out of the professional pallette. What I would do is go to other competing sites that have a more developed look and take some notes on the colors, logos, and layout schemes and learn from them. I think they will provide lots of ideas for you. 🙂

I like the colors, they are friendly and professional, however –
The content on the page looks a little crammed. Maybe adjusting where certain information is placed and how much is placed on one page might help out guiding the eyes when it scans it. That is what you want to focus on is guiding the reader’s eyes first toward the most important parts of your page, and then afterwards to the less important parts.
Work on a more noticable and more clean side navigation scheme. Although you don’t have a lot of content now, you don’t want the navigation to blend in too much with all the miscelaneous side content.
Also, the background gradient, although nice, tiles vertically. What you might want to do is make the background image tile on top horizontally, and then make the background color under the gradient image the same color as the bottom of the gradient.
Other than those things, I think you’re on the right track. Keep it watered and sun fed and you’ll get far! 🙂

I would say one thing though. On your posts, instead of just placing those pictures before the text, make sure you align them “left”, and the text will wrap around them.
