it has been weeks
& this is the only form of contact i have had with any support,
so how would i know this issue is actually being worked on?

no anything…its an EXTREMELY serious situation for a very reasonable amount of money / special items sold
PLEASE get this resolved & let me know what is going on in the mean time
or should i be doing something else, contacting other parties?
hi @csmcneill – i have since been ignored in requesting updates or a response via the contact support
so probably not best to mark this as resolved. this is £1440 of my money or a very expensive item on the line here.
& no one is providing me any infoi am of course, furious.
not looking to sweep this thread under the rug & get ignored.
