I’ve now found the cause and fixed it.

Although WooCommerce was correctly configured to use the new Cart and Checkout pages, Elementor still had an old page reference stored.

Thanks. It is “Essential Grid” by ThemePunch that is causing the conflict.

I’ve tried hard refreshing and clearing the cache with no luck. The link below is the error log:
