Is there not just an existing php file I could run?
My index.php does not have that code in it. I found this workaround:
On the post page, use the html editor, and insert this at the top:
<a style="visibility:hidden; height:0; width:0; margin:0; float:left;" href="link"><img src="http://[link to image]" alt="" title="" /></a>
