Found it! I feel stupid because it was under the tools menu in my dashboard it was the wordpress plug in to let you export your new posts via xml and then import it in another blog.
i got it fixed. turns out it was the ads on the top of my free account messing things up so i got a paid account and used the godaddy auto installer and it work great now. thanks for the support
