For some reason the popup settings menu did not appear on the dashboard after I activated it, until I logged out and logged in again. If this is not a feature, it is likely a bug!

Thanks I will try the link you just gave me. Be advised when I downloaded from https://wordpress.org/themes/customizr using the red button link, there were files missing.
It looks like there are files missing from the download of the updated theme…the inc directory only includes three folders, no files. Not sure how to resolve this.
Same thing here…site is down…I downloaded the theme to my computer but am unsure if it is a good idea to upload the files to my site..thoughts?
