Oop! I don’t think want I want to do was clear… I want to hide the menu and top header on certain pages only. For example, I am creating a membership login page and I don’t want the header or menu to show up at all.

Go into your ‘All Pages’ tab and hover over any page you’d like to change. Click on the ‘Quick Edit’ link for one of the pages. You’ll see a little checkbox toward the bottom right where you can unclick ‘allow comments’.
