First, you may need to let me know when you’re ready to look. I forgot that WP Security is locking out non-Australian IP’s from the login.
I still don’t understand why you’re on about Open Graphs. I have Open Graphs and am fully aware of how it works. Been doing this for quite a while now. The problem with the Social Sharing at the top and bottom of a post is that when you share it, the Title of the sharing icons, the one you set to go just above the sharing icons, is being inserted at the start of the blog text for Open Graphs. The icons are not and therefore the widget is not being entered. For some reason, the sharing title is being included as the main part of the text. Also if I put anything else at the top (like I have a ratings system that I can place at the top) they all work fine and are not included in the shared text.
Also again, Open Graphs are irrelevant for the Widget. In my sidebar, I have a widget for the social sharing. It is contained in a box with a Title of the widget. When you set the Before Text field in the widget settings, that text is shown outside the box right before the title of the widget. Not in or with the title as such but a bit before where is sits at the top of the bordered box that the widget is inside of.
Please send me an email if you need further access to the site. info@eangulus.com
Also another issue.
For Social comments, we have the option to put in the id name of the comment area.
Now leaving empty works fine for the Post comments. But Jetpack Carousel adds a comments section to the image lightbox. This comment area has a different ID.
If I add Jetpacks ID, then social comments works for the images, but not for the posts.
Is there anyway we can have an option or maybe a functions hack to apply social comments to multiple comment div id’s so I can have it on both Posts and Jetpack Carousel?
First, if my site was in maintenance mode then it would only be for a few minutes while updates are push up from Git. In saying that there is a Coming Soon Plugin running but of course that doesn’t prevent the login page from being accessed.
I really can’t just disable everything. This is running on a Multisite setup and would require massive amounts of prep to document everything so I can put everything back once fixed. What I will do though is test compatibility with a few plugins that change the login page. I have a Recaptcha plugin and a few other security plugins that may have something to do with it.
I already have Open Graph Meta Tags. But that is a moot point. Having Open Graph will not put the Widgets Before text back inside the widget (ie. after the Title, not before the Title). Also seems to do something with Print too. When I print a post, the Sharing widget’s title is there at the start of the blog text.
With Instagram, what you said makes sense. But I was getting the overlay box but inside it instead of a form, I got a 0.
I’m starting to wonder how this plugin got such good reviews and such.
Yet another couple of bugs.
First, if you have sharing buttons on the top, and a sharing title, when sharing the sharing Title (eg. Spread the love) will be the first text in the share. It should be ignored and only the actual page content be there.
Similar with the sharing widget. If you put in a Before this text, then it literally shows that text before even the Widget title.
Another bug I have found, enabling sharing on AMP pages.
Shows a List of dots with not images or text etc. Just an empty list.

In reply to: [Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress] Not working with Google AuthenticatorAnd as I already stated, the problem is with the addon for Google Authenticator, Google Authenticator – Per User Prompt (https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/google-authenticator-per-user-prompt/). So in this case, you have simply made sure it works with only half of the system.
Considering your unwillingness to solve the issue, I will have to move on and find an alternative.
I understand you cannot test every plugin etc. But at the least making it work with the common ones that would be used in conjunction with your plugin is not a big ask.

In reply to: [Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress] Not working with Google AuthenticatorOK, just retested.
It works with the Google Authenticator alone.
There is another plugin Google Authenticator – Per User Prompt (https://en-au.wordpress.org/plugins/google-authenticator-per-user-prompt/)
This plugin makes the 2 factor selectable per user, and changes the login form back to standard and once you hit login it then prompts for the code on a second page. This is were it fails.

In reply to: [Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress] Not working with Google AuthenticatorWhat’s this got to do with this thread? Start your own.
While I am here, the last update didn’t fix the problem. Still problems with Google Authenticator.
If it’s going to be a while, can anyone else recommend something that will give me the new captcha and works with Google Authenticator? I need to up the security on the site as per my client contracts.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Multisite QuestionSorry misunderstood. But yeah it would be great if it can work the same as plugins do now in Multisite.

In reply to: [Code Snippets] Error Entering CodeJust an update. I am currently trying to move all my functions.php code (that is not theme specific), to code snippets, and I am getting the same error as above for anything that has a line like this:
echo '<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="' . get_bloginfo( 'stylesheet_directory' ) . '/notice.css" />';Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Edit Flow] Calendar Navigation not workingGuess there is no support for this plugin.
Can anyone suggest an alternative?
