Hi, I emptied the trash and that did not do anything (the last page was not in the trash). Then for some reason I clicked the ‘show hidden’ link (I have no hidden pages) and after that the quick edit menu appeared. At this point it is appearing all the time, no matter the state of the hidden pages. Hope that helps!
I am not getting the modal at all for the quick edit menu. The grey overlay appears but nothing else becomes visible. Clicking again clears the overlay. I am not seeing any issues in the console and see the same behaviour on Safari and Firefox on OS X and in IE on Windows.
