I found the solution. WPML already registered ‘wp_mail’ and therefore Postmark wasn’t added anymore. In the meanwhile WPML is working on a fix. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-in-pluggable-php173/#post-9781904

I’m having the same issue. It seems to conflict with WPML. (Switching off WPML makes Postmark appear again)

As of this morning it starts to work 50/50 again. Sometimes the API shows me a successful response and sometimes I still get the (503) response.
What could it be, is my web hosting too slow?

I have just added that lines to my wp-config.php and called the API again. There is no debug.log file appearing in my wp-content folder though…

Oke thanks ;-).
For now I quick fixed it (css wise) with putting the display of the 2nd alert to none.
