I am having the same problem. FedEx.com says it should be $9.24, but my cart is showing $129.06 due to a couple of surcharges. When I enabled debug, all of the other methods are showing a (correct) weight of 2 pounds for mailing, but the ground option is showing a weight of 90 pounds!
