A hosts file is the solution.
For Windows XP Pro c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
For Windows XP Home c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
I opened it with notepad and just added a line at the end with the internal IP address and External Domain Name and saved it.

I hope this helps others.
What about putting a Hosts file on my PC?
A guy I work with said this could be a solution. I used to use hosts files at company I worked for about 8 years ago that didn’t have a Internet Connection but had lots of Servers.
I’ll post the results up here.
