In reply to: Theme My Login doesn't send confirmation mailsMy new user and admin registration emails aren’t working.
The only email that is working for me is ‘registration denied’, which seems to be on email accounts which I’ve already used in my testing – so I’ve tried other email accounts but without success.
I’ve also tried unique email accounts for ‘admin’ email address. Also checked spam box.
Can anyone help?
I’m running v6.1.2 in WP 3.1 (wasn’t working in 3.0.5 either so I tried an upgrade).
The standard WP new user registration email is still being sent to admin.

In reply to: TinyMce Crashing Firefox@ipstenu Yes, that’s the one.
Me too.
I’ve looked through the plugin code and found where it request the first image it finds. There must be a simple way to call the thumbnail of that first image instead, but I’ll be buggered if I know how to do that.
Another way would be to utilise these:

Anyone?

In reply to: TinyMce Crashing FirefoxI was having similar problems with the TinyMCE Clear plugin in FF and Safari, but only when trying to edit a specific page. I was getting an ‘Slow script’ error message in Safari and something similar in FF.
I discovered there was heaps of extraneous HTML code in the content (about 150 empty lines with em and strong tags). Removing these seems to have made things easier on TinyMCE.
Upgrading to FF 4 beta made no difference in my case.

In reply to: Write/edit page hangs on unresponsive script 2.92-3.1So 20 minutes later and I seem to have fixed the problem! I took a look at the HTML code for the page content (HTML tab) and there were at least 150 lines of em /em and strong /strong with no text in between. I removed these and my browsers are fine now.
I think what might have been happening is TinyMCE was having a hard time trying to render all this code in Visual mode and back to HTML.
For anyone having a similar problem but limited to Firefox you might also want to try this post.

In reply to: [WP Recipes] [Plugin: WP Recipes] got some ideas for this pluginThis plugin sounds great and I love the look of the future features list. Support for hRecipe and recipeML are great ideas.
I’ll add my vote for searchable ingredients.
I’m willing to help with development.
