Thank you for your reaction. Actually in the meantime, I was waiting for your answer, I tried again clearing things from the database in PHPmyAdmin. I don’t remember any more what I did, but finally I managed to finish the connection. Now everything is all right and my website is properly connected with my new Facebook Business Page.

I didn’t find “merchant_settings_id”. But I cleared “wc_facebook_external_business_id” and the plug-in let me start setting up the new Business Manager and the new Page. But I can’t reach the end of the set up process. On the step for the Pixel the window blinks for half of a second and comes up the following message: “Oops, something went wrong.
This may be because of a technical error that we’re working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.”
After I reload the page, I have to start the configuration from the beginning and every time I reach one and the same place – just before the Pixel set up.Forum: Plugins

Thank you for your reaction. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to do it. I have access to the database and I found only one result containing “merchant_settings_id”. I did delete it, but I still can not reset the connection. The plugin leads me again to the old Business Manager.
The other options I didn’t find:
(- wc_facebook_product_catalog_id
– wc_facebook_external_merchant_settings_id
– wc_facebook_feed_id)Please, give me more details how and where to search them.

After installing the additional plug-in, which is meant to reset the connection, I click on “Reset settings”. But after a while I receive a message colored in green “No settings to clear.”
