There is also a line (break) that goes through my website that wasn’t there before. How do you remove line?

I am trying to make my submenu bar smaller. They were smaller before I made some changes. I would like to get them back to regular size. Also, my navigation bar first button “Review” is lower in Chrome browser rather than Safari.
