    Excellent–just what I needed. This sounds like a good solution. Thanks for pointing out where to find the code that needs tweaking. I’ve never worked with WordPress, so I didn’t really know where to look off hand.

    Thanks for the link–lots of good stuff in that article. However, I don’t see anything about the wp-config.phep fil. I understand that the root directory where this is usually stored should be writable only by me and not by all users, but I’d like it to be held somewhere where no one could access this file even just to view it. If they were somehow to find all the database login info and then figure out how to login to phpmyadmin through my host’s portal, they could wreak havoc.

    Is my concern unwarranted? Why wouldn’t everyone want to keep this file in a non-public directory?
