The error that you have (checkpoint_required) is related to Instagram security process, you faced an issue when login to instagram from two different IP adresses.

It is possible to publish to Instagram via the plugin as fasr as you have in the Instagram box of the post the mention “Instagram status : Never published”
In that case you just to to update the post, and it will try to also post the picture to Instagram.

The instagram error message is “Not logged in”, can you check that you are using the correct login and password ?
Try again, and if possible activate the plugin debug mode, in order to have the full instagram response message

The error message reported by Instagram is yet clear “Uploaded image is not in the right format”
It means that either it is not in PNG or JPG, or that you have not respected the proper size or ratio

It seems from the screen capture that you posted, that you have not saved your settings and did not submit your instagram login and password to the plugin.

Can you please activate the debug mode in the plugin via the setting page.
You will then have in your post in upload info the information returned by Instagram when the plugin tried to upload you pictures, and with that we can start to help you understand how to resolve your issue.Regards.
