If you remove the Exif from the picture, it will now work.

I also have sometime the same error, but I still do not know why it is rejected by Instagram. At the present time I am like you. I have no clue and I search also on google what might have changed with Instagram.
So far I have no solution for this issue with Instagram.

Your issue is not related to the plugin, but to your several connections from many devices to Instagram. We cannot act on this.
You need to take contact with the support of Instagram to solve your issue.

The error that you have is related to Instagram security process, you faced an issue when login to instagram from two different IP adresses.

For your knowledge, Instagram was down during the last 3 hours.
So far this is not the fault of the contributors of this plugin.
And if you are not happy by this plugin which is free, and developped by few people on their free time, do not use it anymore. There are plenty of others that will fit your needs and requirement.
