The admin-page downgrades the jquery at the moment for arlima (due to the nested jquery-sortable). My guess is that you have another plugin that interfere on the admin-page.

I know by experience that wp-touch is a culprit when downgrading scripts in any plugin.

I were one of them who developed the page you are referring to. We are not using the arlima widget to render the first wider part, but using arlimas renderlist inside a template for that part: Arlima_ListTemplateRenderer($list);
