In reply to: [Advanced Excerpt] Manual Excerpts — no p tags?Oh yes of course I had forgotten about that.
If I modify the_excerpt() (as an example https://www.aaronrussell.co.uk/legacy/improving-wordpress-the_excerpt/)
Will AE honor that?

In reply to: [Advanced Excerpt] Some odd excerpt behavior…1. Thanks! Yes, that would be very helpful.
2. Oh! Yes, that’s silly of me. I completely failed to notice my bullet points had no periods (dots.) This is probably a edge case but maybe there’s something to add here like, “if you’ve gone past xxx characters, you’ve probably gone too far.”
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Spoofing — Community Events, Create New OrganizerHi, @iammarta —
Any thoughts?
I’m a little frustrated that this isn’t considered an actual problem that should be solved — again, the plugin is wide open for spoofing — not just on my site but anywhere community events is used, which seems like an bug that would want to be closed out for the community.
I’m a paying user — in fact, I’ve had many multiple clients pay the plugin and recommend it widely. But I can’t seem to get any response other than “we don’t know”

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Spoofing — Community Events, Create New OrganizerAppreciated — but I already have an open ticket — BSF-GTMTL-116
Support, essentially, said they didn’t know how to help me.

In reply to: [Image Regenerate & Select Crop] Regenerate all thumbnails for all sizes? Thanks for the fast reply!
Okay, fair enough I can see why that would be.
I like the options of your plugin but sometimes I really like the simplicity of your competitors.
I will continue to test your plugin on my site!
Thanks. When will this be available?
Sorry about that, thanks for following up!
Nope, nothing is checked under “load.”

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Lazy Load: Images Never LoadThanks — but again, it’s not loading at all — no errors. It simply never loads to the page. See here: https://ibb.co/58STHXw
This is the site: http://staging.ific.org

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Lazy Load: Images Never LoadI know, it’s quite odd.
It simply doesn’t load!
https://ibb.co/zPbhcgT
https://ibb.co/6XqztydIt doesn’t seem to be a plugin conflict, as I’m only switching themes, nothing else.
I have been loading jQuery from a CDN, but even when I deactivate that and swap back to default, I still get the same problem.
I’ve never experienced a asset in a plugin not loading due to a theme, so I’m stumped.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Lazy Load: Images Never LoadHi;
So I did narrow this down a little more and it turns out that the lazy-load js wasn’t actually loading, which of course broke that feature.
It looks like somehow my theme is interfering with this, as it works with when I activate the default 2020 theme.
If I add lazyload.js manually, everything works no problem.
Any thought why this might be happening?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Lazy Load: Images Never LoadIt does looks like it is related to some code in my theme.
I tried with the default WP theme and it works.
Do you have any other recommendations on how I could track this down?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Lazy Load: Images Never LoadI had:
“Uncaught ReferenceError: acf is not defined
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (site.js?ver=5.4.2:50)
at e (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)
at t (jquery.min.js?ver=3.5.1:2)”But clearing this I still had the error.
I seem to still be having mixed content warnings even tho I have an SSL and am using an SSL plugin on the WP site. Wondering if that has any trouble?

In reply to: [WP SAML Auth] Redirect back to site?I think what I’m running in to is a mismatch in the app authorization.
We had an old site with a custom plugin. We’re trying to test with a new site with a new URL.
I realized that we’re probably only authorized with the old URL and so the new one won’t work.
