do you think that google is thinking the 0000 is invalid as it never changes for each post?

the example is
<updated>2011-06-27T19:34:00+01:00</updated>

all of mine have pubdate and +0000 (never changes) Does the format of the date thu, 21 geb 2019 etc…need to be more like the example too?
