As I say I can ‘remove’ the problem if I don’t use www. as the url preference in General Settings of WordPress.
Hi Kevin,
I’m not sure if the others resolved this but I’m having the same problem – I install fine then when I try to activate I get the same message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error:
The minimum PHP version required for this plugin is 5.3.0
My hosting is GoDaddy wordpress so I assume everything should be up to date. No other problems, just this.
I’m sure I have the latest version of everything so not sure what to do.
Thanks,
Daniel
Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean. Do you mean admin-footer.php in admin folder?
Just to be clear, this is a new installation and I am just trying to login the admin panel for the first time but I can’t get the login page – it just stays on the sample page.
Thanks
