We disabled CTX Feed: by WebAppick – 6.4.19 and 12hours later the Catalog Match Rate is still 0% . Will wait for 48hours if no change to also disable PixelYourSite Plugin and see if the Match Rate improves.

We had done what Facebook suggests in the past one week and the low catalog match rate persists.

Make sure your pixel or SDK is connected to your catalog: The Catalog is Connected to the Pixel.

Ensure you have the correct permissions: We have the permissions and the pixel is connected.

Check your pixel code: We used Pixel Helper which confirmed the pixel was working and firing for the required events.

Check your content IDs: the different products have unique ids per woo commerce’

Missing content IDs in your catalog: All the the products we are advertising are in the catalog.

Incorrectly formatted content_ids: the content_ids are in the recommend format example (ID: 18997)
