The website hasn’t been working for a long time. It is filled with gobble-gook that I have no idea how to get rid of. Go there and you will see what I mean by gobby-gook. Regardless of how the web page shows up I would like to get rid of it and stop paying the fees.

I don’t know. How can I find that out? If they did upgrade the PHP version, do you know how I can get the upgraded version. Perhaps more importantly, do you happen to know the secret way that I could actually talk to a human being at WordPress? Thank you for your time in responding to my post.
