It would be nice to fix this problem…
I have also removed all pluggins and still not receiving PB. and I do have the link rel=”pingback” in the header. I think the wp-cron is working because it has to to post, doesn’t it?

Which file do you find this function in?
I guess it wouldn’t make any difference that I’m having the same problem. It doesn’t seem to be a priority.
