I have the exact same question. If I could have several questions that had 5 stars to rate this plugin would be perfect. One star rating per page/post is not sufficient.
Several people have asked, and I am too – the plugin installed great but there is no place for a user to enter their rating. Not in my site. Not on the demo. There is a rating that the admin did but where in the world does a visitor of the page click to submit a rating?
