Also make sure if you cut and paste the APi that there areno spaces before or after. If there are it will not work.
I guess we have a language issue here? What do you mean by courtesy? I am having a problem activating as shown above. You say it was resolved from day one. I am having the problem now. So for me it is not fixed.
