Problem solved by getting internet provider to re-activate my backup to one and a half days ago from the database.
Now I have a bigger problem. I found the deleted posts and pages and restored them from the trash, however,the home page did not resurrect properly and it loaded a page that is not the home page. The other pages and posts all can be navigated to.
Now now however I have lost my dashboard and the pages that load have lost their formatting and I still cannot bring back the dashboard. Help.
