There is an exclusion setting in there, you can use this to exclude users that have completed the order.
I have a problem with this plugin also, maybe you can help?
I created 1 storewide email for each of 3 products that I sell.
Every time an order is placed the system generates 3 emails, one correct and also one for each of the other 2 products…. any ideas??

Anybody use Follow Up Emails plugin and is able to help with this?
System now generates a mail for each of the 3 products when any order is placed.
So 3 emails generated each time, how do I get it to just generate the 1 mail specific to the product purchased?
