I just found that when I switch back to the default permalink structure the problem is solved. But I need to keep the current structure if possible. Is there any way to solve it?

In reply to: Site loading very slow and reaching CPU cycle limitsHmm just ran Debug Queries and got more than 4000 queries, no wonder site is slow, I’ve uploaded the list of queries to http://bit.ly/kPyyu1, would appreciate if someone can take a look at it and maybe tell what I need to do to fix this, I think this should be the problem with the site.

I used the same technique as Mike did to restored the WP 3.1 internal linking with TinyMCE Advanced enabled.
