I just setup a completely new site on my server with a fresh WP installation and a fresh WC version. Then installed your plugin and configured it right along from your video’s. It gives me the exact same outcome as I had earlier. So the all tickets on 1 page are showing but not the individual ones. I don’t think it’s my bad anymore…

Actually i also test it on a completely different site with another template because i thought maybe it has something to do with that. Now that result is also exact the sam. The link to view all tickets on 1 site is working perfectly but the individual to print is not. I looked over and over again following your video instructions but i can’t seem to find where the problem is.
Ok Nate, I found it. It seemes that I have 2 translation files for Dutch. 1 is a 100% an 1 was 97%. But that one was below all the other languages so I didn’t saw it at first. I really don’t know how this can happen but it is. So in the second one the translation was there and when I changed it, it worked directly.
So case closed! Have a nice Easter!
Nate, its ip to date. Is there an alternative to change it?
Hi Nate, thx for your reply. But I already tried that. When I search for phone I only get 2 options:
– Phone
– Phone number if supplied with the requestVery strange.

already found it.
ok I already fixed it. Only thing missing are the email addresses and phone numbers. I had a look in the db and filter on post_type RTB-booking but these fields also does’nt contain them. I managed to fil this manually but i’m curious where you hide these…
Yup, Found it. the language files are saved in the RR folder but they should go in: wp-content/languages/plugins

I also see that when I update de date of the PO & MO files are changed and a backup is created. But still no change. I’ll try some other folders.Wow Nate, this works like a charm. I had some doubts what it would do in case with required phone script but also that worked as expected. My thanks are huge!!
