Well, that didn’t appear to do anything. Never mind, thanks for your advice. I’ll just have to hire someone to fix it when I can afford it.
It also says, below that, “You only have one theme installed right now. Live a little! You can choose from over 1,000 free themes in the WordPress.org Theme Directory at any time: just click on the Install Themes tab above.” But the other two are clearly there in the file tree.

I can’t activate it. Under the manage themes tab, it says current theme twentythirteen, but the only option is customize. Activate isn’t even there.
