I also have the same problem.
My site does not actually load properly when I am logged in and have stats activated. Everything is normal when it is de-activated.
When I click stats, they never load. However, they show correctly when I view them on wordpress.org by clicking “View stats on WordPress.com right now”.
Has anyone been able to correct this?
