I am having the same issue and unable to log in to my WP site. I received an email from WP that it’s WordFence Plug In issue. I deactivated the 2FA because of this issue but I still can’t log in. I cleared Cache on Chrome but no avail. I’m having issues on Safari sometimes but not all the time.
