In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Whats the field for the job location?Hi there
Have you added a Google Maps API key in your settings?
https://wpjobmanager.com/document/advanced-usage/geocoding-with-googles-maps-api/
To restore the data, you’ll need to either resubmit as a new job, or change the location, to trigger a new Maps API call.
Note that geolocation data for a particular location is cached for 1 week, so changing the location back to the one you had originally may not trigger an API call.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Redirect to thank you page after submitting job manager form@avijitpalit We can’t help with custom coding, but you shouldn’t need to do any customization to prevent jobs being submitted twice. In this case there appears to be something else going on that may be causing this duplication. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps that Cara suggested?
Please note that we’re not allowed to support paid plugins in these forums, so if you need further assistance with the Applications add-on, please contact us directly via https://wpjobmanager.com/support/
Thanks!

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Redirect to thank you page after submitting job manager formHi @avijitpalit – Do you have a Job Dashboard page configured in WP Job Manager > Settings > Pages?
If you don’t want to redirect to the Job Dashboard page, you can create a new Thank You page and customize the code to redirect there instead. See this page for reference.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Problems with Listing Renewals@ibiza69 I’m sorry we haven’t been able to find the cause here. Have you tried starting with a brand new site just to set up a simple test and see if you still get the same behaviour? That may help to remove all other variables and clarify what is causing the issue.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] Editing Job PageHi @simonkwtayler – We are unable to help with customizations, but you can find information about overriding template files here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/developer-reference/themes/template-overrides/
If you have trouble editing the PHP templates, you can hide any element on the page using a CSS rule as described here:
https://css-tricks.com/video-screencasts/142-hiding-things-with-css/Hope that helps!
@inventiveweb123 Subscribing to the Github issue is probably the best way to stay updated on progress here: https://github.com/Automattic/sensei/issues/7146
Hi @inventiveweb123 – Sorry for the delay here. We don’t have any workaround for this at the moment, but our developers have this on their list of important Sensei LMS issues to address in the near future. I can’t provide an ETA at this stage, but it’s definitely on our radar, so should be fixed before too long.

In reply to: [WP Job Manager] AI Implementations in Job Manager & Resume ManagerHi Eric
We don’t currently have any plans for AI integrations with WP Job Manager, but it’s certainly a possibility we’ll be keeping in mind as we work on improvements.
Hi @mktecknok Those features are not part of the free WP Job Manager plugin. The candidate dashboard is a feature of the Resume Manager add-on, and for paid listings you would need either WC Paid Listings, or Simple Paid Listings.
Hope that helps!
Hi there. Could you provide some more detail about where you’re seeing this behaviour? If you can share screenshots that would help.
Hi @doctype2 – It’s difficult to know what could be happening since it’s only affecting certain specific quizzes. I’d suggest trying to find out what those quizzes have in common.
If you’re not sure, can you try creating a test lesson and start with just a single question to see if that works. Then gradually reproduce one of the affected lessons, adding one quiz question at a time, and testing after each one until you reproduce the issue?
Hi there
There have been many significant changes to Sensei since v1.10.0, so a 1-click update is not advised, and probably not even possible.
We can’t really guarantee you’ll be able to upgrade without any issues, but I can provide some suggestions that might help.
First make sure you have a full site backup that can be restored in case anything goes wrong.
I’d suggest updating on a staging site first to test the process and make sure it works before trying it on your production site.
Instead of updating directly to the latest version, I’d suggest updating in stages to each major release (2.0, 3.0, 4.0). You can download those here. This should ensure that the database gets all the required upgrades from those major updates.
If the site has any custom code, it may need to be updated to work with the latest version.
Sensei LMS has a lot of new features, so I’d suggest reviewing the documentation to make sure you understand how everything works in the latest version of Sensei.
Hope that helps! Good luck, and let us know how it goes!
@kampot888 That’s an interesting use case!
This flow is definitely not possible without customization, and it would probably require a lot of work to get it working in this way.
You are welcome to purchase Sensei Pro and WP Job Manger add-ons, and give them a try to see if you can build what you have in mind. We have a 14 day refund policy so if it doesn’t work out for you, just email us and we’ll gladly refund our products for you.
Hi there. Your site does not appear to be publicly accessible at the moment, it is redirecting to a login page. Jetpack’s connection will not work properly if your site is not publicly accessible. Jetpack relies on WordPress.com’s servers to communicate with your site, which requires the ability to access your site’s XML-RPC endpoints. If your site is behind a login or otherwise restricted, these connections will fail.
As a first step, you’ll want to make sure your site is publicly accessible, then you can let us know if you continue to have trouble connecting.
