How significant is turning off or turning on the Aggressive rules option in the Firewall section?

Page parameter failed firewall check. The offending parameter was “_atshc” with a value of “{“http://fitnessozone.com/”:3}”. Firewall Trigger: Aggressive Rules. Firewall Block Response: Visitor connection was killed with wp_die() and a message.
I faced same problem, and after this it was resolved.
Do I need to uncheck this box again???
Please guide.
